"Everything is not what it seems."

I thought I liked Mario Maurer. Not because I liked his personality, not because I liked him by heart.
But because I liked the person I thought he was in "A Little Thing Called Love".
I liked the way he was in the movie---to make it short, I liked that "role", the boy who was so kind and romantic, not the actor himself. We often do things like this: to like& have a crush on a person on telly, by the person he or she seems to be. But who that person really is, we don't know.
Several years ago, I liked David Henrie from "The Wizard of Waverly Place" as the role of Alice's brother Justin. The ernest, hardworking and smart boy. However, I saw him wearing only a sleeves jacket with all the muscles in the one of the films, I was stricken. Because I don't like boys who wear little clothes. Then I don't like him anymore.
This proved a thing, "love" is something that comes from heart. E.g. We won't hate our moms just because they aren't stylish or something. Because true love isn't skin deep.
I went on a Chinese BBS, and saw lots of people discussing. Many of them said, "I liked the boy in 'The Love of Siam', not Maurer himself. I had once desperately tried to know everything about him; then I realized, I don't really know him at all."
Just like the song in "The Wizard of Waverly Place" , everything is not what is seems. When we like the role, it doesn't mean that we will also like the actor/actress.
